2014 Summer Camp Scholarships

In partnership with the USTA Hawaii Pacific Section, Kahiau is supporting scholarships for juniors to attend an outstanding tennis camp this summer.

The purpose of the Summer Camp Scholarship is to provide THREE (3) Hawaii’s high performance junior players a training opportunity with the world-class coaching staff and national- level tournament players from around the country at the Junior Tennis Champions Center in College Park, Maryland.

Junior Tennis Champions Center (JTCC) is a non-for-profit center that is committed to providing quality education and character development as well as tennis performance skills.  JTCC is also a USTA Certified Regional Training Center.  The JTCC center has developed many national and professional champions like Phillip Simmonds (a former #1 ITF player and current ATP Tour Pro) and Vera Zvonareva (#8 WTA).  JTCC is an award winning tennis facility that features 12 indoor courts and 15 outdoor courts with the hard, Har-Tru clay, and French-styled red clay court surfaces.
